Online Medical Help
You can talk to your provider through video calls when coming to the office would be hard. Online visits work great for follow-ups, prescription refills, as well as quick health questions.

Handling Long-Term Health Issues
Our team spends 45 minutes checking how you manage ongoing health problems like diabetes or heart conditions. These longer visits help catch problems early before they become serious.

Quick Help When You Need It
You can book a 20-minute visit whenever you feel sick or have a minor health worry. Your provider already knows your history, so they can help you feel better faster.

Single Visits without Membership
You might choose to pay $85 as a non-member fee for one visit if you don’t want a yearly membership. This option gives you 30 minutes with Rachel or Matthew if falls under one of our any listed acute illnesses we can treat without a membership.

Your first visit includes a full health review where Nurse Practitioners, Rachel and Matthew, learn everything about your medical past. They use this information to create a health plan just for you.
