Rachel Faubert

Nurse Practitioner

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Rachel is passionate about mental health and addictions, primary care, and pediatric/adolescent health. After completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Laurentian University, Rachel went on to work in mental health and addictions for children/youth and adults for 3 years. Rachel then attended McMaster University and obtained her Master’s of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Diploma.

Additionally Rachel has also been committed to continuing her education and training and holds a speciality in ADHD diagnosis and treatment for both pediatric and adult populations. Rachel is continuing to broaden her scope of practice with special interest in woman’s health and weight management.

Rachel has been a resident of Niagara since 2018, previously living in Ottawa and growing up in Quebec. Rachel grew up in rural Quebec and the Ottawa Valley before moving and making her permanent residence in the Niagara Region. In her spare time, you can find Rachel attending book clubs or exploring restaurants and cafes.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) at Trent University in 2020, and received my nurse injector training through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics in 2021. I previously owned and operated my own medical aesthetics business for 2 years, but felt limited in the treatments I was able to offer my clients as a solo practitioner. With a passion for working together with clients towards comprehensive health and aesthetic goals and promoting self-confidence I am so excited to be a part of the Platinum Medicine team that offers a one stop shop for everything from lasers, injectables, IV infusions, minor procedure biopsies, medical professional assessments and more.

I am now able to plan a head-to-toe approach for client’s goals without having to refer out to other clinics, allowing us to build stronger therapeutic relationships. Committed to safety and care, I am constantly learning to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetics, ensuring that all treatments are both effective and safe. My #1 goal is to make every client feel comfortable, confident, and fully informed throughout their aesthetic journey. I take pride in delivering results that are subtle yet transformative, emphasizing a refreshed and youthful appearance while maintaining a natural look. Born and raised in the Niagara Region I am so happy I get to continue to work within the community and provide the latest treatments and technologies available to address all of your needs.
